Avoid Hangovers from Alcohol Intoxication
Yes, you can avoid hangovers caused by alcohol intoxication. First, I believe that both health and entertainment is important. Without health, you cannot do anything is what my parents always tell me. Second, alcohol bestows entertainment, but if used irresponsibly, it contributes to alcohol intoxication and hangovers, which damages health. It’s all about keeping a balance, such as working hard and playing hard. Sometimes we make mistakes and end up with a hangover, so here are some tips to avoid or cure them.

Recommended Preventive Measures:
- Stay hydrated by drinking water
- Don’t drink on an empty stomach
- Don’t eat salty foods because it dehydrates the body
- Drink slowly
- Take a B-complex (B12) vitamin
Unhealthy Preventive Measures:
- Eat a large meal
- Eat food with lots of fat content
Note: Fat foods + beer (150 calories/bottle) is not good.
Hangover Remedy:
- Drink lots of water (before passing out) [Double your alcohol intake is my general rule]
- Take B-complex (B12) vitamins, which is good for the liver
- Eat fruits for extra vitamins and hydration
- Rest
Clearly, there are more preventive measures than remedies, so I recommend that everyone should just drink responsibly. Do you have your own preventive measures and/or remedies? Post a comment and let me know.
