After some time of uncertainty, my question has been answered. I asked about using aftershave and if it needed to be rinsed off after applying it on the face. I emailed Gillette (P&G) and in response, I received this from the Gillette Fusion Team:

“You apply a thin even layer and allow it to absorb into your skin. There is no need to wash or rinse it off.”
