The TTC needs to stop putting money into wages and start putting money into better infrastructure! I took the TTC to and from work today and I experienced three problems. One of which was a medical emergency in the morning, but I don’t mind that because the TTC does not have control over passenger emergencies. However, on the way home, the subway was moving extremely slow with a door that did not work. It was an extra 10 minute ride. It definitely was not a rocket. Right after, I was waiting for the RT for another 10-15 minutes because one of the trains had mechanical issues while the computer system shut down (2 problems simultaneously!). The delay causes people to miss their buses and then they have to wait another 20 minutes because the bus services are poor. What an excellent way to decrease service quality. Go TTC!
