		<description>Wow! That is a good article. Thanks for the link. I&#039;m surprised that investors are actually that scared. Seems like they just want their money secured. Like the article suggested, it&#039;ll continue to slow down the economy. What people need to do is gain some confidence and invest. Index funds are now cheap, but a little unstable. Using dollar cost averaging would be the best.

My investing principle is: do the opposite of what everyone else is doing. If people are buying T-Bills and GICs, I&#039;m not going to do that, haha.</description>
